It is very hard for a small business to gain recognition in the marketplace, especially if you haven't paid for it! That said, Easton Court has secured a number of recommendations in recent times that we would like to share with you.
For those of you not familiar with this website, TripAdvisor collates reviews from independent travellers and then ranks accommodation based on their feedback score. There is a link to the website at the bottom of our homepage but to whet your appetite, here are a couple of our reviews:-
"A warm, welcoming B&B"
We stayed at Easton Court for two nights while visiting a friend in nearby Moretonhampstead. Paul and Debra were charming hosts, making us feel as if we were guests in their home.
Our room was warm and spacious with a generously sized bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities, with biscuits! Fresh milk was also available, always a plus!
We brought our dog, Meg, who was made to feel most welcome and even a dog mat for her food bowl was provided by Paul and Debra's dog Cassie, along with a welcoming message.
Breakfast was superb and advice and maps of local walks in plentiful supply. We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend Easton Court highly enough.
"Loved Easton Court"
Easton Court is a must. I cannot fault anything. We stayed there for a weekend to attend a wedding nearby and it has to be one of the most enjoyable and relaxing stays ever.
We were greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms were beautiful and the views breathtaking.
We had the cooked breakfast in the morning which was delicious. We left feeling relaxed and content and i must say that was partly due to Easton Courts hospitality and professionalism.
As a result, great value for money. Would highly recommend.
Press Coverage
* The Observer on Sunday, Autumn 2005, ran an article entitled "Top fifty for under fifty". This presented survey results of accommodation providers within the British Isles charging less than £50 per person per night. Easton Court was one of only twenty listed charging between £30 and £40 per person per night - not bad when you consider the thousands of others that could have been chosen!
* The Daily Mail, August 2005, featured Easton Court in their "An Inspector Calls" hotel review. We received a phone call one Friday afternoon informing us that we were included the next day following an anonymous visit from their inspector. Known for their harsh assessments, we were delighted with their comments.
